It would be hard for a ‘clean’ athlete to stand on the blocks knowing that they are about to race against drug cheats. Harder still would to be just beaten into second place by someone who has previously tested positive to performance enhancers.

Don’t ever let it be said that life is dull in the Junior School. This week alone we have had writing incursions with Beth Cregan, Science experiments with visiting Senior School Science teachers, the last sessions of Life Education, speakers from the Salvation Army, and House Chapel services.
