The Carey Family Business Directory was established earlier this year in response to COVID-19 as a way supporting our community. The Directory is a free service for current Carey parents wishing to support a business or list their own. There are now close to 60 businesses registered across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, fashion, landscaping, hospitality, legal services, accounting and construction, many of which offer discounts to Carey families.
As valued members of the Carey community, we invite you to list your business on the Directory and/or to locate goods and services provided by Carey families across Melbourne.
The sense of community is one of the defining features of the Carey journey for so many of our families, and this directory is another way we can enhance that experience. Supporting local businesses from within the Carey community can create an efficient and effective result for both the customer and the business owner. Having that common ground provides a greater level of trust and a sense of connection in the relationship, in turn ensuring the best level of service. Additionally, every purchase or service we access from a small business helps to improve the local economy by creating and sustaining jobs.
With the easing of restrictions, now is a great time to get out there and support a Carey family business!
Go to the Carey Family Business Directory and register your business by clicking the 'Register your business' link and logging in using your CareyLink parent credentials. Enter your details into the Business Directory tab, ensure your street address is detected by the auto-search function to appear on the map and select ‘I would like my business details to appear in the Online Community Business Directory’. To locate a business simply filter by industry or use a key word search.
