The Carey Whole School Ball is a popular and wonderful event where our whole school community comes together, celebrates and has fun. Our Ball is a biennial event, having been successfully held in in 2017 and 2019, and for the 2021 Ball, we were anticipating upward of 1000 people from our community attending.
However, in light of the current uncertainty surrounding large events due to COVID-19, we have postponed the 2021 Ball until 30 July 2022.
This Ball will be held at Crown and we hope to be able to bring the whole community together again.
Our Ball Committee is now working with the School on other ways that we can bring our community together in 2021 and we look forward to sharing news of these events with you.
On a personal note, we would also like to give a huge thank you to Angela Valentine who will finish at Carey formally as a parent this year. It was Angela’s vision that Carey hold a Whole School Gala Event and that she did very successfully! We wish her and her family all the best as graduating from the school.
