Community Giving 2022

Community Giving provides the opportunity for every member of the Carey community to make a gift – small or large – for vital projects that will have an immediate impact on students and staff.

Last year, Carey families showed continued support for one another throughout the pandemic and generously supported to a range of initiatives to help our students. We are very grateful for this contribution and belief in the transformative impact of a Carey education.

This year, Community Giving is focussed on four projects to provide opportunities for our students to thrive, including:

  • the installation of solar panels at Camp Toonallook to reduce our carbon footprint and greenhouse gas emissions at our dedicated Outdoor Education campus on the Gippsland Lakes
  • an Access and Equity Scholarship which provides a life-changing education for a student facing hardship or financial disadvantage
  • two Junior School library projects to enhance student learning and accessibility.
