Read more about our vision and valuesBy actively demonstrating our commitment to sustainability, reconciliation, inclusivity and community service, we are able to ensure that all students feel safe, included and heard at Carey.
We have developed a plan to guide us towards Net Zero emissions by 2035. This whole-school initiative necessarily involves input from our entire passionate community.
We are committed to reconciliation and the development and improvement of partnerships with First Nations communities around Australia. We acknowledge the power of taking dedicated steps towards reconciliation to create a safe and inclusive environment for all of our students, staff and families.
Our Pride Group and Gender Equity Group reflect our commitment to embracing, celebrating and supporting our gender diverse and LGBTIQ+ students, staff and families. Championing equality and equity for girls and women is another key focus for our Gender Equity Group.
All students at Carey engage with community service initiatives from ELC to Year 12, encouraging them to see the world from different perspectives, understand the importance of giving back to their communities and develop a sense of social responsibility.
