For more than four decades, Carey’s Senior School Musicals have been an essential part of our school’s cultural fabric, bringing students together in a shared celebration of creativity, talent and collaboration.

From our first production of the Gondoliers in 1985 to today’s dynamic performances, these musicals have played a transformative role in the lives of countless students, inspiring confidence, camaraderie and artistic excellence.

Building on the incredible talents of our community, we are proud to unveil a new permanent art installation in the entryway of Memorial Great Hall! The installation features our Senior School musical posters, including this year’s captivating Urinetown.

Families have an opportunity to join the celebration by making a gift to Carey’s new Performing Arts Fund. This special fund will exclusively support Performing-Arts-related activities at Carey, including musical productions and needs-based bursaries. Those who make a meaningful gift to this fund have the opportunity to be recognised on a plaque within the installation.
