OCGA Mentoring Program

Overview:

Learning doesn't finish at the end of school, yet many people can feel cast adrift in a professional sense, particularly once they enter their first or a new work environment. One proven support is having access to a mentor. Old Carey Grammarians can register with the OCGA online Mentoring Directory to make contact with other Old Carey Grammarians seeking a mentor or mentee.

Once a match is found it is up to the partnership to determine their goals, frequency and form of communication. Mentoring is about development and learning, and both mentees and mentors will grow from the experience.

To engage in the Mentoring Program, please register on the OCGA Website.
