Sometimes when life gets tough…A few weeks ago I overheard a Year 10 student enthusiastically telling some other students ‘Sometimes when life gets tough, I think that I did that speech’.
One of my delights first thing in the morning is when I am leaving for a walk I often see two magpies sitting on the powerlines, warbling. What a fabulous way to start each day!
It was more than a celebration
Last Friday night, as a fitting end to a magnificent Happiness Week, we held the CLOSA Dinner, with over 150 students, parents and staff in attendance. CLOSA is an acronym for Carey Local and Overseas Students Association.
