Sessional Trumpet Teacher
Applications are invited from suitably qualified, experienced and motivated professionals for the sessional position of Trumpet Teacher, based at our Kew campus.
Music is a dynamic part of our School culture. Instrumental teachers at Carey are leading educators and performers across a variety of musical styles. Students who study instrumental music will be members of one or more of the school's many performing ensembles. These groups feature at school concerts and community events, participate in regular rehearsal camps and undertake national and international tours.
Carey is seeking an experienced and passionate Trumpet Teacher to teach small groups and one on one lessons at the Kew Campus, commencing February 2019. This position may also involve directing or assisting with ensembles, and is approximately one day per week with the opportunity to build the program over time.
A valid VIT registration or Employee Working with Children Check is a requirement for this position.
