Following advice from the state government and the Department of Health and Human Services in relation to the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have reviewed all upcoming school programs. The health and safety of our students, staff and the broader community informs all our decisions. We will be regularly reviewing this list as new information and advice about the situation becomes available.

Due to the government restrictions, we will not be in a position to offer any Toonallook camps for the remainder of the year; however, we are in the process of curating a fun and engaging program which will keep students active and help to develop the friendships and connections we usually see through the Outdoor Education curriculum.

  • All international trips planned for 2020 and 2021 have been cancelled.
  • Local programs will be developed in place of cancelled trips, camps and activities.

Performing arts

Many of the calendared performances have been cancelled, others will be modified or live streamed. There is hope that there might be capacity for an audience to return late Term 4, although no presentation has been planned around having an audience on site.

Plans for upcoming performances are under review.

APS Sport

The APS Winter and Spring Sport seasons has been cancelled. CareyFit, a revised sports program for all year levels, will be implemented in Term 4.
