The Centre for Learning and Innovation is scheduled for completion in March 2016. By the beginning of December, construction of the final steel and concrete floor structures had been completed. The building now stands five stories tall, comprising of a lower ground and ground level for the Information Resource Centre (levels 0 and 1), level 2 for the general learning area floor, level 3 for Science, and the UN and Cabinet Rooms on top of the building as level 4.

As we move into the final stages of construction, other detailed work includes development and finalisation of ICT/AV fitout, the transition of the school, student lockers, learning area equipment, library access and borrowing systems, science lab procedures, and removal procedures – notably for the Mellor Library books.
