Music Rehearsal Camps - Middle and Senior Schools

Most Middle and Senior School music groups participate in a weekend rehearsal camp at a fully catered residential venue. The venue has quite a few large rehearsal areas for concurrent rehearsals, and it is warm!

• Most Middle School music groups go to Blampied in the first weekend of Term 2 when there is a bye in Saturday sport.
• The Senior music groups usually go in August, the weekend after APS winter sport finishes.

The weekend provides intensive rehearsal to polish works learnt during the normal weekly rehearsals. It is during this weekend when the team work really starts to develop. This bonding holds well for the rest of the year.

Costs are around $200, and this covers six meals, board, rehearsal spaces, truck hire, tutors and some sheet music.
