Course description

People have a strong need to tell stories, which are passed down through the generations and provide a record of our history and culture.

This unit explores the various forms and structures in writing - creative, personal, descriptive, informative, poetic - and studies the skills and techniques of established writers. The opportunity to create short written responses and more extended responses abound in this unit.
