Common Study

Unit description

Year 8 students study many countries located throughout the Asian and Pacific Regions. The students investigate the interaction of nature and humans within Asia Pacific and a study of culture living conditions, diversity and environmental issues. The Antarctic is also included in this unit and students will view the Imax film Shackleton's Adventure. Within this context, the study focuses on a range of geographical, historical, political and environmental issues.
