Adult Group Fitness
Fit to play offers an exciting and unique indoor/outdoor group wellness program available to all staff, parents and friends of Carey Grammar. It is specifically designed to progressively improve the wellbeing and motivation of each member and is the first of its kind to genuinely promote a holistic approach to fitness in a time efficient and cost effective manner. The group wellness program runs throughout the school terms at various times during the week at either Carey’s Kew or Bulleen campus. Refer to the group fitness timetable at www.fit2play.biz or contact Bernie on 0408 020 054. Group fitness is a fantastic way to get into shape in a social and supportive environment.
