The recent advertisement "Those who can, teach" is in response to a shared national problem: a shortage of teachers. The Business Council of Australia's report "Teaching Talent: The Best Teachers For Australia’s Classrooms" released earlier this year highlights the need for Australia to attract and recruit the most capable and committed people into the teaching profession. At Carey we wish to lead by example and to attract young graduates to consider teaching as a most worthwhile and rewarding profession.
