Academic and General Excellence Scholarships

Academic Excellence

Carey is pleased to offer a number of Academic Excellence Scholarships for entry at Year 10 in 2011.

Scholarship selection will be based on excellence in academic achievement.

Applicants will be short listed and interviewed. Students may be requested to sit a scholarship examination.

The scholarship covers 50% remission of tuition fees for three years. It does not cover the cost of application and entry fees, books, uniforms, computer or the consolidated fee, which covers camps and excursions.

2. Complete the Carey Year 10 Academic Excellence Scholarship Form, Please attach a photocopy of your latest school report.

3. Return the above information to the Head of Senior School, Mr James Brown.

General Excellence Scholarships

Carey is pleased to offer a number of General Excellence Scholarships for entry at Year 10 in 2011.

Scholarship selection will be based on excellence in some or all of the following areas:

• academic record;

• leadership and community service;

• contribution to current school;

• sporting achievements; and

• contribution to the Arts.

Applicants will be short listed and interviewed.

To apply please:

1. Read the  Terms and Conditions

2. Complete the  Carey Year 10 General Excellence Scholarship Form. Please attach a photocopy of your latest school report.

3. Return the above information to the Head of Senior School, Mr James Brown.
